I was in the Subway/Shell station in Coeburn the other day, took a 32oz Gatorade and a coalfield (I was reading the paper) to the counter, it rang up 2.34. That sounded about right until she asked me if I wanted the paper too.

I'm just about done with them. I'll go to the Chevron, even though they don't stock the big cans of Red Bull.
I noticed right after the change-over that 20oz cokes were $1.49.
You can get a 2-liter for less than that at most other stores. So I did. Took the 2-liter to work and shared it.

I did that the last time I went into the Shell/Subway. $1.49 for a Diet Coke, $1.49 for a 2 liter.

Yeah I will have to go 100% Chevron as well. I have always liked the folks at subway/shell, but not enough to throw away money.
Is the Exxon/Burger King FasMart as well?
That place has went from being the best in Coeburn to being the absolute worst. The shelves are empty 75% of the time.
LOL the pop prices was the first thing I noticed. I saw it mentioned a few times. Well I guess the only thing left for them is to hire clerks we cant understand.
Until they sold out the only place I would buy gas was at a Double Kwik, haven't been in one since they sold out.

Nope. It was part of the Kwikway chain, which is what the one in front of Magic Mart Mike mentioned is. That store along with the one on Sandy Ridge and the one in McClure are being sold out of the chain though. That's why the shelves are low, new ownership will be taking over.

Yep, they'll all be that [censored] brown color.
